With our events for First-Generation Academics in our TUM Community, we support both doctoral candidates and master's students who are considering a doctorate. Our programs address the specific challenges that many First-Generation Academics face and provide the necessary tools to overcome them.

On Wednesday, 21 May 2025, from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m., we invite you again to an information and networking event at the TUM Graduate School and offer insights into the challenges of First-Generation Academics, practical tips, and the presentation of support services within and outside TUM. You will also get to know successful First-Generation Academics as well as their supporters and have time to network in a relaxed, informal setting.
